【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforperiodicinspectionandtestingofwelded,carbonsteeltransportablegascylindersintendedforcompressedandliquefiedgasesunderpressure,ofwatercapacityfrom0,51upto1501.NOTEAsfaraspracticable,thisstandardmayalsobeappliedtocylindersoflessthan0,51watercapacity.ThisStandardspecifiestherequirementsforperiodicinspectionandtestingtoverifytheintegrityofsuchgascylinderstobereintroducedintoserviceforafurtherperiodoftime.ItalsodefinesaproceduretoqualifyexistinggascylindersforfreemovementbetweenmemberstatesoftheEuropeanUnion(seeannexA).Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoperiodicinspectionandtestingofacetylenecylindersorcomposite(fullywrappedorhoop-wrapped)steelcylinders.ThisstandardisprimarilyforindustrialgasesotherthanLPGbutmayalsobeappliedforLPG.HoweverfordedicatedLPGcylinders,seeEN1440,Transportablerefillableweldedsteelcylindersforliquefiedpetroleumgas(LPG)-PeriodicrequalificationpreparedbyCEN/TC286-Liquefiedpetroleumgasequipmentandaccessories.
