【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthenominalcross-sectionalareas,intherange0,5mmto2500mm,forconductorsinelectricpowercablesandcordsofawiderangeoftypes.Requirementsfornumbersandsizesofwiresandresistancevaluesarealsoincluded.Theseconductorsincludesolidandstrandedcopper,aluminiumandaluminiumalloyconductorsincablesforfixedinstallationsandflexiblecopperconductors.Thestandarddoesnotapplytoconductorsfortelecommunicationpurposes.Theapplicabilityofthisstandardtoaparticulartypeofcableisasspecifiedinthestandardforthetypeofcable.Unlessindicatedtothecontraryinaparticularclause,thisstandardrelatestotheconductorsinthefinishedcableandnottotheconductorasmadeorsuppliedforinclusionintoacable.Informativeannexesareincludedgivingsupplementaryinformationcoveringtemperaturecorrectionfactorsforresistancemeasurement(Annex6)anddimensionallimitsofcircularconductors(AnnexC).
