【摘要】:1.1ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheminimumrequirementsforsafetyandperformanceofsomeoptionalspecificpermanentlyinstalledequipmentonfirefightingandrescueservicevehicles,operatedbytrainedpersons,asdesignatedinEN1846-1andspecifiedinEN1846-2.NOTE1CategoriesandmassclassesofthefirefightingandrescueservicevehiclesaregiveninEN1846-1.ThepermanentlyinstalledequipmentdealtwithinthisPartofthisEuropeanStandardisgivenbelow:--waterinstallation;--additiveinstallation;--monitor;Jequipmentgantries.NOTE2ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbereadinconjunctionwithanynationalregulationsinforceforvehiclesusingthepublicroadsandwithanyEUDirectivesandassociatedEFTAregulationsinforcerelevanttovehiclesandtheirequipment.ForthepurposesofthisEuropeanStandard,thenormalambienttemperaturerangeis-15℃to+35℃。NOTE3Inthecaseofutilizationoutsidethistemperaturerange,theparticulartemperaturerangeshouldbespecifiedbytheuser.1.2ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:personnelcarryingvehicles;--vehicleswithagrossladenmassnotexceeding2t;--boats;--aircrafts;--trains;--ambulances;--airportvehiclescomplyingwithInternationalCivilAviationOrganisation(ICAO)recommendations.1.3ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationaluseandtheroutinecheckingoffirefightingandrescueservicevehicleswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.Itdealsalsowithperformancerequirements.Itdoesnotcoverthehazardsgeneratedby:--noise(aspermanentlyinstalledequipmentcannotbeoperatedseparatelyfromthevehicle,thishazardiscoveredinPart2);--radiation(lowfrequency,radiofrequency,radiation,microwaves);--errorsinthesoftware;useinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;--construction,transportation,maintenanceanddecommissioning;--windpressureinandoutofuse;--staticelectricityproblems;--remotecontrol;--electromagneticcompatibility;--oilhydraulicandpneumaticdrivingsystem.1.4ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletotheequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforeitsdateofpublicationbyCEN.
