【摘要】:1GeneralThisEuropeanStandardappliestowater-tubeboilerswithvolumesinexcessof2litresforthegenerationofsteamand/orhotwateratanallowablepressuregreaterthan0,5barandwithatemperatureinexcessof110?aswellasauxiliaryinstallations(otherplantequipment).ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistoensurethatthehazardsassociatedwiththeoperationofwater-tubeboilersarereducedtoaminimumandthatadequateprotectionisprovidedtocontainthehazardsthatstillprevailwhenthewater-tubeboilerisputintoservice.Thisprotectionwillbeachievedbytheproperapplicationofthedesign,manufacturing,testingandinspectionmethodsandtechniquesincorporatedinthevariouspartsofthisEuropeanStandard.Whereappropriate,adequatewarningofresidualhazardsandthepotentialformisusearegiveninthetrainingandoperatinginstructionsandlocaltotheequipmentconcerned(seeprEN12952-8,prEN12952-9andprEN12952-16).2BoilerassemblyForthepurposeofthisstandard,theboilerassemblyincludes:a)thewater-tubeboilerincludingallthepressurepartsfromthefeedwaterinlet(includingtheinletvalve)uptoandincludingthesteamand/orhotwateroutlet(includingtheoutletvalveor,ifthereisnovalve,thefirstcircumfer-entialweldorflangedownsteamoftheoutletheader).Allsuperheaters,reheaters,economizers,theassociatedsafetyaccessoriesandinterconnectingtubingthatareheatedbymeansofthegasesofcombustionandarenotcapableofisolationfromthemainsystembyinterposingshut-offvalves.Additionally,thetubingthatisconnectedtotheboilerinvolvedinservicessuchasdraining,venting,desuper-heating,etc.,uptoandincludingthefirstisolatingvalveinthetubinglinedownstreamoftheboiler.Reheaterswhichareheatedbythefluegasorindependentlyfired,andareseparatelyprovidedwiththeirsafetyaccessoriesincludingallcontrolandsafetysystems.b)isolatablesuperheaters,reheaters,economizersandrelatedinterconnectingtubing;c)theheatsupplyorfiringsystem;d)themeansofpreparingandfeedingthefueltotheboilerincludingthecontrolsystems;e)themeansofprovidingtheboilerwithfeedwaterincludingthecontrolsystem;f)thepressureexpansionvesselsandtanksofhotwatergeneratingplant.3Otherplantequipmenta)theboilersupportingstructuralsteelwork,thethermalinsulationand/orbrickworkandthecasing;b)themeansofprovidingtheboilerwithairincludingtheforceddraughtfansandairpre-heaterswhichareheatedbythegasesofcombustion;c)thefacilitiesformovingfluegasesthroughtheboileruptothestackinlet,includingtheinduceddraughtfansandtheairpollutionreducingequipmentlocatedinthefluegasremovalpath;d)allotherequipmentnecessaryfortheoperationoftheboilerplant.Foradescriptionofthetypesofoperatingsystemsusedforwater-tubeboilerplant,seeprEN12952-7.4ExclusionsThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytothefollowingtypesofboilerplant:a)boilersotherthanstationaryboilers;b)shelltypeboilersincludingelectricalboilers;c)nuclearprimarycircuits,thefailureofwhichcancauseanemissionofradioactivity.
