【摘要】:ThisStandardspecifiestestproceduresfordeterminingthephysicalprop-ertiesofbrushmaterialsforelectricalmachines,i.e.bulkdensity,hardness,resistiv-ity,transversestrengthandfordeterminingtheashcontent.NOTES1Thepropertiesdeterminedbythesetestsareinherentinthebrushmaterialsthemselvesasdistinctfromperformancecharacteristicsinoperationonelectricalequipment.Itshouldbekeptinmindthatsincebrushmaterialsaregenerallybrittle,porousmaterials,itisreasonablethattheirpropertiesvarymuchmorethanthesamepropertiesinmetals.Samplesusedforthesetestsshallberepresentativeofthebatchofmaterialinvolvedusingarecognizedand/oragreedsamplingprocedureortechnique.2TheInternationalStandardcorrespondingtothisStandardisasfollows.ThesymbolswhichdenotethedegreeofcorrespondencebetweenJISandthecorrespondingInternationalStandardareIDT(identical),MOD(modified),andNEQ(notequivalent)accordingtoISO/IECGuide21.IEC60413:1972Testproceduresfordeterminingphysicalpropertiesofbrushmaterialsforelectricalmachines(MOD)
